A 3-day adventure to the paradise island of Koh Chang — scenic countryside riding, island exploration with hidden beaches and mountain viewpoints, and a coastal return along Thailand's Eastern Seaboard.
This awesome 3-day tour takes you to the paradise island of Koh Chang — Thailand's 3rd biggest island and far less developed than Phuket or Koh Samui. To many a wise traveller, Koh Chang is the most picturesque of all Thailand's major islands. It's one of 52 islands that make up the spectacular Koh Chang National Marine Park on the border of Cambodia and Thailand's far Eastern Seaboard.
Day 1 — Scenic Countryside Ride to Koh Chang
We take you on a totally unique, super scenic countryside route with various off-road sections to the island. Approximately 360km of twisting roads through villages, temples, and stunning landscapes — with well-thought-out scenic stops along the way. The ride culminates with a ferry crossing to Koh Chang, where beachfront accommodation and a spectacular sunset dinner await.
Day 2 — Koh Chang Island Exploration
A full guided tour around the whole of Koh Chang Island with stops at scenic viewpoint locations, marinas, spectacular mountain viewpoints, and hidden paradise beaches that require a bit of off-road to reach. From perfect tarmac to narrow winding roads, the sweeping twists and turns take you from sea level to the mountainous highs of the island. Literally around every corner, glorious views await — an ocean that looks like a thousand stars twinkling beneath you.
During the warm tropical rainy season (May through September), we can also stop at one or two of the island's best waterfalls. The rainy season definitely does not stop us from enjoying this awesome tour!
Day 3 — Coastal Return to Pattaya
We hug the seaside beachfront coastal roads as we bring you back to Pattaya — approximately 340km with several well-appointed stops along the way, including a brief visit to go onboard a retired navy ship. Arriving back at around 5:30pm, the tour ends with memories of an unforgettable island paradise adventure.

- 20,000 Baht refundable damage deposit — we do not charge for scratches on the crash bars from dropping the bike or for mechanical issues, however, we do charge if you deeply scratch the bike's body or break a part that we have to change. If you break something we are very fair and the parts are cheap as the ultra-reliable Honda CB500X Adventure bikes we use are made here in Thailand.
YOUR ITINERARY
Scenic Countryside Ride to Koh Chang
Pick up from your Pattaya hotel at 8am and transfer to Motorbike Madness HQ. After getting kitted up, safety and tour briefing, you hit the road by around 9:30am.
The spectacular Pattaya to Koh Chang route covers approximately 360km, predominantly on twisty scenic countryside roads with some awesome off-road sections and various well-thought-out scenic stops along the way. The ride takes you through villages, past temples, and through stunning landscapes before arriving at the ferry crossing to Koh Chang.
Once on the island, settle into your beachfront accommodation and watch the vibrant golden sunset before a sumptuous dinner.
